Order and prepay online, choose a pickup time, then follow the drive-thru lane to the window, show a valid 21+ ID and collect your order. No parking and no going inside.

On July 8, 2024, Dryden Dispensary opened the first recreational cannabis drive-thru window in New York State. It is still the easiest way to shop here: prepay online, follow the lane at 2207 Dryden Road on Route 13, show your ID and you are back on the road in about two minutes.

Four steps to the window

1 Order online Browse the full menu and prepay from anywhere — couch, office or parking lot. Choose a pickup time.
2 Pull up on Route 13 Head to 2207 Dryden Road and follow the drive-thru lane along the building to the window.
3 Show your 21+ ID Hand a valid government photo ID to the budtender at the window. That is the only requirement.
4 Drive away Collect your bag and get back on the road. Most visits take about two minutes, start to finish.

Look for the window

It is signed “Drive-Thru Pick Up” on the Route 13 side of the building, with a bell to press if nobody has spotted you yet. Have your order confirmation and a valid 21+ ID ready.

No medical card, no membership, no pressure. If you are 21 or older with a valid ID, you are good. Not sure what you want? Come inside first and a budtender will help.

What ID we accept

Any valid, unexpired government photo ID showing you are 21 or older: a US driver's license or state ID, a US passport or passport card, or a military ID. Everyone in the car who is picking up needs their own.

We are on Route 13 at the corner of Irish Settlement Road — the road you are already driving between the two. From Ithaca, take Route 13 north past the airport turn-off; from Cortland, take Route 13 south through McLean.

The drive-thru is for cars, but the shop is a bus ride away: TCAT runs the Route 13 corridor right past us.

Runs seven days a week along Route 13. Get off at Dryden Rd @ Irish Settlement, right at our corner. Heading back to Ithaca, catch it at Dryden Rd @ George, just across the road; it runs through Cornell to The Commons.

Take COR 6 as far as TC3 and change to Route 43. Centro runs weekdays only, roughly 6:30 AM to 4:45 PM, so check the timetable before you set out.

Select Route 43 trips run between Groton and Ithaca as the 43G, through Freeville and Dryden and past our corner. Only some trips go to Groton, and on weekends the return trip runs as Route 40, so check the timetable first.
